Trust the BAD reviews! I feel bad writing this, because I wanted to give this place a chance and like it. I just moved to the area and it is so convenient. There was only person visibly working when I walked in, and I called before hand. There were no visible gel polish options, and what I had to choose from was a joke...and of course, the one I picked they were out of. I almost walked out... especially when I saw how DIRTY the place was. I wish I could have taken pictures to show you what I saw. Every manicure chair had holes and was completely worn down. I was told everything that was wrong with the last manicure that I received by my manicurist, but they looked fine and lasted over 5 weeks without peeling. The manicurist had the hardest time trying to remove my gel polish and actually used HIS THUMB NAIL to try and peel it off! I'm surprised that they even pulled a somewhat sealed autoclave plastic bag with the nail tools in it. The guy that did my nails was nice, but the quality of this manicure and the pure lack of cleanliness of this place was ridiculous. I will absolutely drive to the other side of town to get a quality manicure that might cost me a little more. They only charge $25 for a gel manicure, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...sometimes less :(
