First, let me say that this salon receives five stars for friendly service. Both the technician and the gentleman working near the front (manager?) were very pleasant. I enjoyed the polite chatter. Unfortunately, I wasn't as impressed with everything else. They don't use disposable liners in their pedicure spas, (as I have seen done in other establishments), so I am not certain how hygienic the tubs are. Then, salt scrub was a $5 up-charge. This seems excessive, considering that my $27 pedicure already seems on the high-end. No biggie, though- really never enjoy that part anyway. Overall, my pedicure was okay, but she didn't buff away that awful "clouding" that remained from previous polish being left on for too long. I have never had anyone just paint over it. Gross! My eyebrow wax was average- a bit rushed, and it is fine but not great. Just the tiniest bit uneven. My brows are naturally uneven, but the tech usually gets them a tad more symmetrical for me- this one did not. Again, not awful, but not great. Unfortunately, I will keep searching for the right spa. This one is fine for a quick visit, but I think that I will keep looking for my regular spot.
