I called Ford directly to get my windshield replaced, only thing was I needed it done early the next day at the latest before I left town. They forwarded me to Gecko and I must say that they were absolutely amazing. From the moment I was on the phone with the office lady (Leslie I believe? Forgive me I'm terrible with names.) it was nothing but great. She was so helpful and was able to squeeze me in early afternoon and have them come to my house, to my surprise they were here just like she said. Not only that but she had my windshield tinted across the top before they arrived as mine was done before, that way I wouldn't have to worry about getting it done when I got back in town. The two guys that showed up were super friendly and had my new windshield in within a half a hour. This was so painless all I had to do was sign a paper stating they did the work when they were finished. They handled the rest with my insurance company and all. Let me also say I talked to them the night before around 6pm and by mid afternoon the next day it was finished. Thanks so much guys I will be referring you guys from here on out and using you in the future.
