Love this studio and the teachers! The classes are challenging and have a great flow. Even on my off days I feel like I can still get a great workout even if I take it easy and modify the exercises.
Since starting with Reformed I actually look forward to working out and feel like I have a home away from home. As a previous long distance runner I was looking for something that was low impact but would still give me the feeling of satisfaction after a challenging workout. Would totally recommend this studio and all the instructors!!
