I like the new store look. It appears to be roomier stuff is easy to find but as far as the staff.. I had 2 items both were small.. Two employees standing at 2 registers they were busy talking and didn't notice I was standing there. I spoke up and asked which one wanted to help. One said she was open. Three customers standing behind me walked to her register and she didn't acknowledge that I was first in line I had the fewest items. She should have said to the other customers that I was first.. So I put down the items and walked out. I don't like being ignored especially at check out. I will find another store to go shopping even another big lots. I do like big lots. I truly love the prices! I just hate poor customer service. I gave this store a 3 star. Only because I like big lots. As far as the customer service I would give 1 star..
