This has the worst drive thru service! You can wait and wait forever to get up to the ordering area, to only wait some more to get to the cashier. They do not use the parking areas for those orders that are taking extra time so that more cars can continue to get through. Inside the store you can see that the drive up window has a protocol of signage on how the employees are to quickly service the window! Why doesn't management enforce the protocol. I've waited 15 to 20 minutes many times in the drive thru to get my order. That is crazy! The Owners and/or Management do not take pride in their job or service to their customers. Plus they almost always forget the condiments! So make sure you check before you leave. Nicole was the BEST employee of the Drive Thru service! They cut her hours as a single working mom too! :( I drive to the store at McDowell and Power for better service even though it is out of the way!
