My lease is soon to expire, but as a current resident. I'd like to give positive PROS. & CONS feed back about Arrowhead Landing. During my lease it's been quiet and I've felt very safe. No bugs, roaches, rats. The maintenance workers are friendly they give a smile and wave if you're crossing paths with them (that smile can make someone's day after a hard day of work and vice versa) I always see them working so hard! Kudos to them !! The ladies up front aren't rude, they treat you with respect. The only reason I can say I give it 4 stars is the pool, and grills. The pool is open til midnight!! Me and my partner love that however, we work hard and we feel for the amount of rent we pay here at "A.L" we should be able to sip on an adult beverage while at the pool without being harassed by security. The security man that patrols the pool has no chill. He comes in harassing you about what's in your cup and if it's dimmed outside he has a flashlight to check. That can ruin someone's whole entire day. We pay this ridiculous rent, and to be harassed about what's in my cup is crazy. I get the whole glass bottle, safety thing, but.. why not plastic or can? The grills are dirty no one except myself cleans them after use. Rent is going up it's now in the 950-1000s and that's why we are ending our stay here. Rent is up but our checks aren't. Would I recommend arrowhead landing, yes!
