I'm in Texas frequently, so a bit spoiled when it comes to BBQ, but Road Kill Grill did a bang-up job with their brisket. Tender, not dried out, just wish a little more smoky flavored. Generous helping. Mac and cheese was ok, but will probably go with a different side next time. And looking forward to trying some other meat(s).
