J & A was designated to me through the gas company when we had an issue with the furnace. On the first visit the plumber who was sent informed me we needed a part and would have to order it. Fast forward a month later, I call J & A to see why a month has gone by and I've not heard from them. The person on the line says the part has been sitting in the office and she would schedule a service call. A different plumber now comes, he can't make the part fit, needs to go to a hardware store, and comes back, doesn't finish the job, says the furnace will work, it's just going to be noisy and clang a bit. Three more weeks go by, we don't hear from these "plumbers" so I call again. They inform me they'll be out first thing in the morning. Finally at 1 pm someone shows up and puts the part on. This seriously took two months and I had a noisy furnace for Christmas. Like I said as a tip, I would never recommend these guys to fix a leaky faucet. Terrible service....
