Went here on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change, smog, and two other services. The entrance to the oil change any can be tricky if it is busy. I went over with the attendant what I needed and he gave me a quote before completing the work. When the work was done I asked if everything was complete I was assured it was. It was only later when I was home completing my DMV registration that I learned that the smog was not completed. I had to go back and tell them it was not done. The manager told me IF it was not done it would not be charged. Like I was trying to get a second smog. I had the bill showing which car I had serviced. Next tim I will drive on to a place that knows how to double check their work.
