Not recommended! My Bichon was scheduled for a 5 pm grooming session yesterday. A few hours before this, I got a call that the groomer was out sick, as she apparently had been for a few days. I understand things happen and I've no compliant with this part. I asked when was the next opening. They said 8 am tomorrow. I responded, great, I will take it!
This morning when I got there for the 8 am appointment, I found that in fact, no appointment had been made.
Furthermore, when I tried to talk with the folks in grooming and then the store manager to complain, no one seemed particularly concerned!
I refuse to accept this and expect a more proactive effort to get to the bottom of this mistake as well as to resolve it will not happen again. None of this sort of thing happened at all at this store.
