Martin was extraordinarily kind. I had backed into a pole, which had dented my back fender and dislodged a portion of the trunk. He gave me options about what I might like to do: An inexpensive option he was confident in and encouraged me to do, and... I stopped him.
He had my car looking like it never happened in about 2 hours. He ended up making me pay even less than the price he quoted me because it went easier.
Bottom line: This man is honest and his work is good. Parking is hard, but I managed. I pulled into the little side lot next to the store, even though there wasn't room. It worked fine.
