First Choice Dental is great. I went to them as a first time customer, they fit me in pretty quickly and they'll even send you text alerts to confirm your appointments.
Once I got there, I was seated within 5 minutes. The part that stood out the most for me was the explanations. My hygienist explained to me that the reason I was having tooth sensitivity was because I was brushing too hard, and showed me the correct way to brush and to get an Ultra Soft toothbrush. She actually explained the way teeth are made up and why I was experiencing sensitivity. I left with a better understanding of the choices I make and how they effect my dental health, instead of the normal "Floss your teeth and brush them twice per day!" that you normally get.
I had a series of follow up appointments to schedule, they were able to get me in the next day. They also give you a nice breakdown of what insurance covers and what you'd have to pay out of pocket, all in all it was very reasonable.
I had a great experience here and will certainly be making this my go-to dentist in the Madison area.
