I guess its about time you all know why I keep coming to this park...
This park is my Absolute Favorite Park in Las Vegas! For one thing it is close to where I live, There are Tons of Parking, The Grounds are Kept Very Clean, its huge, and FREE WIFI! Yes, there is a Park with WIFI!!!
The last time I came here, the Amphitheater had been blocked off and was set to open very soon! I haven't had a chance to take a look to see if it was open, but I'm sure it is! Located around the Amphitheater are of course Restroom Facilities, a Ticket Box Office, and a Man made Lake where there were Geese there (again, not sure if they are still there now).
There are also areas for I believe Sporting Activities, as well as a Skating Park! The Playground is also very clean, and the floors are lined with a very spongy, yet durable material so your Kiddies don't get hurt.
There are also 2 more man-made ponds located very close to the playground. I have on occasion, seen some turtles and, fish in those ponds. Yes, You can feed them! =)
Towards the back of the park you will find a Community Garden park & a Gated Dog Park and, of course More Parking!
This Park is again Very Beautiful and, Huge! There are lots of Shaded areas for Parties, or to get away from the Vegas heat in the Summertime. They have a few areas where you can BBQ for Parties, You may have to make a reservation ( i think?) This is also a Great Spot or Joggers, like me! =)
