I'm shocked to read some of the negative reviews left for this dental office. My experience was great. The front office person, Nicole, was full of energy and enthusiasm--so pleasant and friendly. Blanca, who took my x-rays, was a gem--very gentle and very kind. I'm not sure of the name of the other lady (maybe Martha?) who did my polishing, but she was equally customer service oriented. The dentist, Dr. Cai was professional, patient, and seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being. She answered all of my questions with great patience, and I felt like there was nothing else going on in the office. It was all about me!
I see that some of the negative reviews were of other dentists at this location. Dr. Cai is there now. She and her team are top-notch. Give 'em a chance! I'm confident that you will have a very good experience!
