Still haven't needed to use customer service (and I'm honestly considering this a good thing) but I wanted to make a quick update for anyone looking into making the switch to One Nevada. In my experience, major banks can take pretty much forever to put a check through if they feel like it and you only have access to limited funds from the check. I've deposited my paychecks without any issue at One Nevada and once the deposit is approved (usually within hours on a weekday, understandably longer on the weekend) I have complete and total access to my money, which is really important to me as someone with a smaller income and a student loan to be paying off. The main point for this update, though, is the efficiency with checks overall--I've deposited checks from Ebates and from relatives and I expected these to take much longer than my paychecks, which One Nevada is used to receiving from me, but sure enough I had the money from these checks ready and waiting for me within hours of using the mobile app to deposit them. I highly recommend the mobile app's deposit feature to anyone who has a smartphone and uses One Nevada, because it's simplified my finances so much. I'm bumping my review up to five stars because I can't see a real reason for subtracting a star over customer service when I haven't NEEDED it at all. With Chase I was calling nearly once a month to clear up some unknown charge or order a new debit card, so this is a refreshing change of pace. Will be back to update again if I do have any issues, to let Yelp know how One Nevada handles it!
