I had a doctor appt with Dr. Sosinsky I scheduled three weeks ago. I was referred to her by Dr. Taylor. I took time off of work to go to my appt, sat inb the lobby for 45 minutes only to find that Dr Sosinsky cancelled my appt without calling, text, or emailing me to let me know. I was told by the receptionist that the doctor refused to talk to me, or why the appt was cancelled. I know their policy is to charge for missed appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. I am livid with the way i was treated. I will not return. This place is so disorganized. I would not even give it one star.
