GET YOUR TETANUS SHOT BEFORE COMING HERE!! This was the WORST nail experience ever. Wish I had checked Yelp first. Just looking at the photos they proudly post would have stopped me in my tracks and I would not have walked in the door. "Kim" drew blood at the bottom of my thumb nail with the nail file. 2 1/2(yes 1/2) of my nails were a brighter pink while the other 7 1/2 were the correct color. She said it was due to the natural color of my nails. I said that wasn't their natural color before she applied the dip powder?!?! Really??? She proceeds to tell me she won't charge me for the manicure, just the color. The manicure should be free because you drew blood!! The color should be free because you suck at the dip powder. My total $40.75 and that was with free manicure?? Whaaat? Ugh. She knew how unhappy I was but was the only one left in the shop. I will be calling the manager tomorrow. So much for pretty Christmas nails. PHOTO#1 bleeding thumb nail - color was ok on this hand PHOTO#2 color of thumb, index & 1/2 of pinky correct..other is way pink vs a sparkle whitish
