I had my hair cut by Sudien. He and the other staff there provided very good customer service (hot towel, hot drink, even helped me take off and put on my coat). Sudien took the time to listen to my concerns and was very attentive during his work. Very friendly, too! The haircut, a long bob, wasn't particularly exceptional, and I actually didn't like how it fell (I'm low maintenance and am usually most happy with cuts that look good without the need to do extra styling...and I've definitely had cuts where this was the case.) A few days after the cut, I decided that I wasn't happy with the back of the cut and emailed them to ask what could be done. They invited me back to the salon, and Sudien made some changes that I'm now happy with.
So TL'DR, Sudien really cares if you're happy about your cut!
