El Dorado is located directly next door to Sapphire Gentlemen's club. The restaurant itself is very nice and the service was also very good. With that being said, I was somewhat disappointed with my first dining experience. First grievance is that the music in the restaurant is way too loud. You literally have to scream at the person next to you to have a conversation. It was hard to genuinely enjoy a meal with friends because the noise level was so distracting. Second, the food portion sizes are way too small for the amount that they are. I ordered shrimp tacos ($16.00) which were two corn tortilla tacos a la cart. To add rice (plain white rice) and beans (refried or black) is an extra $3.00. I asked for a side of chipotle sauce and that was an extra $2.00. After all was said and done I walked out with $21.00 tacos and was still hungry. I couldn't help but feel ripped off after eating here.
