These people need to learn what customer service means. They keep holding my deposits so that my financial planning is impossible as I never really know how much is available. To top it off they have lied to me about the dates that funds would be available. The purpose of a checking account is for me to use it to pay bills, but if I never know how much is in the account this becomes impossible. They screwed up a car purchase price because they refused to do indirect lending with the dealer so I went to a different credit union, which was more than happy to make my purchase easy. I am in the process of closing my accounts at OneAZ forever. I do NOT recommend this credit union.
