When you've had enough of the hoi polloi open your wallet and head over to the Foundation Room in the Mandalay Bay. Take the private elevator that shoots you to the top of the hotel. First have a cocktail in the bar which has a large patio overlooking the Strip. Then sit down in the dining room where the food and the service are as good as you'll find in any first class restaurant. The menu is American, with a variety of steak, lamb, seafood and so on. Main courses run about $35-$45. We had a very enjoyable evening and will be back.
