It is unfortunate that I must write this review. I've been a customer with VW North Scottsdale for over 7 years and from the sales process to service its been great, however my latest experience with the sales person "Chuck", was one of the most unpleasant, unresponsive and unhelpful ever encountered. I'll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
