Getting the MRI wasn't bad. The Tech was very knowledgeable. But, trying to get your CD and report to take to another doctor is ridiculous. They make you come in and fill out a paper, but then demand you wait, without explaination how long. Apparently, filling out the request and coming back later is not an option? How is that possible. Considering I know for a fact that this is possible everywhere else, as I am a CT and MRI tech with 20 years experience. Picking up your results should be quick and easy. Instead, these guys make it inconvenient and impersonal. You have to walk in to CALL an extension. Is there a reason I couldn't CALL that extension from home first? Seriously guys, put patient's needs first.
