Showed up for a 10 am appointment to have the tranny diagnosed. Was told that it would take approx 45 minutes. Left to get a coffee and returned at 10:45 to find the car was not even brought in yet. Ask for my keys and left. The reviews indicate that this facility is reputable and fair. However, if you can't even keep an appointment in a timely fashion you don't merit my business. Bob
