I love this place. Such friendly manager and great self wash station. I recently purchased a large bag of dog food and told the male clerk what I needed. I obviously wasn't paying close attention because he took it to my car and when I got it home, opened and poured in in my storage bin I noticed he sold me the wrong protein. I was getting ready to go out of town and had had a very long frustrating day and this tipped the iceberg. I called the store and got the manager Candice, who is very familiar with me because I am in there weekly. She wanted to make it right and went WAY above and beyond to help me and make me happy again. Now THAT is customer love and great customer service. I highly recommend Pet Planet at 16th street!!
