I have been an owner at Painted Mountain for several years. This place work for us in the past as we would vacation in Arizona during spring training.
We had a week stay here booked but only used a 2 night stay. We always ask for an upstairs suite(but didn't get one) since people are walking around at night and you can here them pacing throughout there rooms. It can be very annoying.
I was in the kitchen area getting ready to make breakfast and on the floor was a nice size roach. Hunted him down and got him. 2 minutes later here comes another one. Didn't catch the sucker. Now I'm a little grossed out and see a smaller one near the sink. I caught this one but now I am thoroughly grossed out and lost my appetite to eat.
We called the front desk and told them there was a roach problem. They said it was inexhaustible and apologized, would sent someone over to fix the problem.
We went out for the morning and return mid afternoon to find that the roach problem was not resolved.
Our 2 night stay had become only 1 night.
All Painted Mountain wanted to known is will you fill out a comment card and tell us what you think about the place.
Here is my comment. Stay away from Painted Mountain. There customer service failed us. We will never come back.
