We were staying at the Cosmopolitan and we chose Jaleo and what a great choice we made. First off our server, I forget her name, but she was incredible in walking us through the menu and assisting us with ordering. We started with their famous Gin and Tonics which we very good and we loved the presentation. I had the Ultimate and my wife the Hiebra, both were great! Keep in mind that this is Tapas restaurant when ordering.
We started with the Patatas bravas which we could have eaten all night. The flavor of the tomato sauce and the aioli went great on the fantasist bread. We then had the Tortos nacho manzano, which I liked but my wife thought it was a miss. I liked the flavor the corn cakes along with the caramelized onions and egg. We then had the lamb, with we were told to go to town with sauce it came on top of which was a great choice. Cooked perfectly and had great flavor. We ended our meal with the Shrimp Paella. The shrimp was cooked spot on and the accompaniment of the flavorful rice ended our meal on a high note. The service, the food and the atmosphere created made it a wonderful experience.
