Contracted transport for Sr. Dimensions. They stink. They have less than a 50% success rate. I need them to transport my mother to dialysis. 2 out of 4 times they did not show:(( Sr. Citizens stress out about this. Dispatcher tells me they cannot get in touch with the driver. With GPS, how can you not know where your drivers are? I have called to confirm 24 hours in advance and one hour in advance of each transport. They confirm, but no show.
I would not rely on them for necessary transportation. The dispatcher and reservationists are polite and professional. How this company stays in business is behind my comprehension. I had the same difficulty with them 2 years ago and thought I would give them a second chance...shame on me:(( As my kids would say, 100 thumbs down!!!
