While trying to navigate the hell that is health insurance, I stumbled upon Young Insurance Brokers and Rob Young (the owner). I was confused about lots of things and Rob spent quite a bit of time helping me. He explained how things work and the different kinds of coverage and really helped me get educated about what I needed.
I wanted to purchase my insurance from Rob because he spent so much time with me, however the best plan for me turned out to be one that doesn't pay commissions. Despite that, Rob still helped me with information, phone numbers, etc., even though there was literally nothing in it for him!
As soon as I need other insurance, I will be going back to Young Insurance Brokers. It's rare to experience excellent customer service, but with Rob I got great customer service even though I wasn't even a customer!
