Terrible experience in both Sales & Service Dept!
I leased a Jeep through this dealership and had a terrible experience with the whole sales process as they were not being up front and honest. Wish I would have read the reviews before going there as it seems a lot of people have had similar experiences. The only reason I didn't walk out the door without a sale was because they unfortunately were the only dealership with the exact specs I was looking for.
I also was going there for oil changes and general maintenance which was fine but once I had an issue with my cruise control they have shown they are not adept at doing their job. I've been in two times and still no resolution. They have told me they would contact their "blue star" mechanics to consult and would get back to me. 2 months later and they still haven't gotten back to me about that. Do not go to this dealership!
