i am in such disbelief right now.....i was scheduled at dental brothers today for 8:00am this morning....arrived 15mins early just to be informed after waiting a little over a half an hour...in the back room.....i will not be getting my braces today because the ortho overbooked his patient's....are you freaking kidding me! forget about over hearing the conversation amongst the dental assistants, about him always being late! i scheduled this appointment in july....and this office was not aware until the day of my appointment after i'm waiting over a half an hour to discover the ortho was overbooked! not to mention i received a text to confirm my appointment wednesday 09/06. why didn't they realize then he was overbooked? my opinion is this is very....very shady! i'd think twice before scheduling an appointment with this place! extremely disappointed. : ( not to mention the fact that i spoke with a certain person(i will not mention your name, but you know who you are) on yesterday.....for 4 mins giving her my payment information...why didn't she advise me then.... there was a problem with the Dr supposedly being overbooked??? i better check with my insurance company to make sure they don't bill them for a service not provided....my trust in these people have been completely shattered! so very disappointed! i mistakenly came to this place, looking for another dentist who was located on the other side and was advised almost by the entire staff that was present at the time....how it was God that led me to them....really??? And this is how you treat someone you believe God sent there? i'm too outdone. literally shaking my head. sad just sad..... : ( thanks so much for the inconvenience you have given me today. i'm sure you'll rest well.
