First visit to this facility as a new resident. It's clean and looked new-ish, but the wait time just to register and check-in was absurd (during a weekday morning). I attribute this to the demographics of the Gilbert area - lotsa old people means this place will no doubt be plagued by loooong wait times. For reference, I went to the PHX facility to pick up some meds later in the week and waited about half the time to get my prescription refilled.
