I've been to this Aritzia a few times in search of a gift for my wife. I have to say this location has been consistently horrible every time!
I try not to spend more than 10 to 15 minutes at this location, but with lack of service I can't seem to escape quickly enough.
The last time I was there I had to have the item shipped to the store. It was only going to take a few days and I would receive an email once the item was delivered. After two weeks of waiting and no email, I went to investigate. It appears the item had been delivered and was placed with the rest of the store merchandise on the shelf for people to purchase.
Of course, someone had purchased it.
Thank you Aritzia staff! You truely are the worst store in the Eaton's Centre.
