When you see the Edgewater for the first time your struck with it's beauty. From the Art deco exterior to the breath taking long area. The rooms are lovely. The views of the lake are stunning in all seasons. The hall way to the Statehouse restaurant is a Madison area Museum. I very much enjoyed my stay. There are two things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. You have to pay for parking on top of your room, and finding your way from the parking garage to the long is a bit too difficult. Walking can be difficult for me, and when a place is that large a clearly maked path would be nice. I will deffintly go back, I know my way around now.
