Amazing customer service. After looking for a chandelier at numerous high(er) end places, I came across one here that I loved. In my excitement, I ordered the gold rather than the silver I wanted and was able to reach customer service quickly. The order was changed right away and with minimum stress.
When it arrived, I called CS again because it appeared that one of the LED bulbs was not functional; Petra was so kind, so diligent in making sure that not only did we get a resolution but that it be done ASAP (she knew I had relatives coming for Thanksgiving). I cannot say enough about the service. The fact that it was done with a "virtual smile" made it all the more easy (after a bad experience with condescending CS at Jonathan Adler, I was a bit jaded).
