First time at this location and I've got to say, I was impressed the service. I called around 5:30PM and asked if they were still open and if it would be okay to come on by - they close at 6PM. I got there about 10 minutes later and was greeted by a guy who walked me inside, offered me water, magazines, and showed me where the bathroom was, if I needed it. Then, Thomas walked me through all of my options for an oil change and all of the assorted extras they could offer. My entire experience lasted a mere 20 minutes and I left with an oil change and new windshield wipers (he was offering them for a steal!). They also washed my windows and vacuumed which I didn't think was standard for a Jiffy Lube type of place, and I definitely felt sorry for the guy b/c my car was a wreck! Totally pleased with the service here. The staff was amazing, accommodating and didn't pressure me into any services I didn't want. I'll definitely be back!
