This was a fun time and the zombie did an amazing job. However, we used a Groupon and they overbooked the room--they had 14 people, i.e. three other groups of people we didn't know (the max is supposed to be 12). It was way too crowded and one person in our party ended up with a broken foot because there were too many people crammed in and stepping on each other. Booking 14 people at once was dangerous and unprofessional.
