For me this petsmart has been one of the best places i've ever taken my dogs. I used to take them to Richmond Hill petsmart which was also wonderful to my dogs, but i moved so I started taking my dogs to this location. The staff there genuinely love my dogs and treat them like their own, and they go above and beyond whats expected. One of my dogs is 16 so shes really old and starting to get super finicky about what she'll eat so i'm going through a lot of trial and error, and the staff took it upon themselves to try out (with my permission) something new that she scarfed down which was awesome because its hard to keep weight on her, then stayed late to take the time to make some recommendations and give me some ideas for getting her to eat more and giving her things with more calories that are healthy. My vet hasn't even gone to that extent. I absolutely trust them with my pets and i feel very secure leaving them at doggy day camp, boarding at the pet hotel, and also the groomers are wonderful , they understand all my dogs quirks and are just fantastic, i can't say enough about the staff. and as a pet mom who only has furkids that's a huge weight off, thanks so much petsmart for providing such a wonderful place to take my babies where they are safe and loved :)
