Tried to schedule a quote for our master shower to get redone, but customer service representative REFUSED to "waste their designer's time" by coming to talk just to me. Tried to explain that my husband couldn't care less about the bathroom style, color, etc. Didnt matter. My husband travels all over the state and Utah so he has crazy hours. Still didnt matter to the representative. I am told that if he's not there, designer will leave IMMEDIATELY. Good thing he is no longer deployed, but any active duty families better find another option b/c they wouldn't serve you either. Judging from the other reviews, the designer wont come without both of us so they can try to hard close us. Judging from the complaints to BBB and other reviews of workmanship, I feel we dodged a bullet.
