Their selection is adequate. Nothing monumental. Their prices are higher than most. They put their cannabis strains in 3 categories, each category priced $5 higher than the last for an eighth. Their customer service needs a lot of help, however. Their waiting room is completely disorganized and you play musical chairs as the line moves. Once in the selection area, its a scrap shoot if you'll get help. There were literally 6 people behind the counter, discussing their fashion choices for the day, and not helping a soul. I discussed with 4 other waiting customers as to the best way to get some help. Unless you were a buddy of one of the employees, you were waiting until they got some more water, straightened their attire, reapplied make, or fixed their hair. This is really unexpected from what looks like a well thought out store and space. The store help is very young, very inexperienced, and very clique-y.
On a Saturday afternoon, wait time in the waiting room was 20 minutes. Wait time at the counter was 30 minutes.
