A month later they show up to plant without the $1,200 worth of pots we hand picked, and three of the plants weren't the exact ones we picked out. I sent them back and want a refund, especially when they planned to plant everything in the ground and just left out the $1,200 worth of pots as if nothing was wrong! "Oh, our boss couldn't find the pots." Did they think we wouldn't notice? ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE because now after two months I'm STILL dealing with them! They reimbursed me twice so I was honest and sent a check which they still have not cashed 3 weeks later!
