I leased a unit for 17 months without one single issue come up. Online bill pay was so convenient as I was 1200 miles away and couldn't come in monthly to pay. My biggest worry was how much of my stuff would be ruined after sitting in storage for more than a year. My fears were unfounded, my stuff was exactly how I left it!
