First time staying here, wasn't sure what to expect due to all of the mixed reviews.
PROS: cool, modern decor; dog friendly a big plus since we were traveling with our pug; better shower than expected (some reviews complained about shower) it's a rain shower head and water gets hot; good beds
CONS: no microwave, no ice machine on our floor (staff said they moved ice machines down to lobby so you have to go down with your ice bucket and ask for ice); no doggie welcome package like I read about (I thought the hotel would offer a water bowl, dog bed, and treats but front desk had no clue about the website offer)
All in all, this suited our family's needs and really no complaints. Great rate for the room.
