I've lived at Skywater since February 2015. I have nothing but good things to say about the leasing staff, specifically Jessica Pena. She has been great to work with and has always responded to any issues I've had. I've lived in several apartments before and this has been the best leasing staff I've ever dealt with. She's always taken care of any issues I've had. Example, I was the first to live in my apartment and there was an issue with a minor leak coming through an unsealed crack whenever it rained. The problem was very minor, and typical for new construction. But She promptly had it repaired and even paid to have my place cleaned professionally even though there wasn't any damage to my possessions. Additionally, they have been flexible on working out my lease terms in this uncertain job environment. I always enjoy coming home and love the location and layout. The only downside is that Skywater is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I think I've seen full value from the apartment complex. I recommend living here and will miss it when I'm gone.
