well as i thought this gym couldnt get any worse. IT DID! Check my previous review under Golds Gym in Avondale.
long story short
i opened 2 memberships and after debating if i should keep them March came around check my bank account boom was charged $80 for each membership when i was only supposed to be charged 15monthly fee + 39.99 anual fee. thats $25 dollars over what i was supposed to pay per memberhsip... so i give them a call she says its because it was suppose to be tooken out on the 15 but since it was a sunday we didnt take it out until the next day which causes a late fee.... okay well thats not my fault they were supposed to auto withdraw that money so she give me the phone number for member services i call and i get the rudest person on the phone telling me my bank declined both transactions so it was a late fee (mind you this is a total different story) so i explained that it was impossible because i paid with a credit card not a debit card so its not like i didnt have money in my account its a credit card lol maybe she just didnt know what a credit card was? i dont know but i explained and she replies to me with well im sorry you didnt have money in your account maybe you could give you bank a call and have them reimburse you for thw $50. this is a serious joke. i used to have Golds Gym and never had issues now that this EOS Fitness came in it is a joke! canceling my membership as i type. AVOID THIS GYM GO TO THE $10 ONES!
