My son had his deviated septum fixed last month and I was impressed from the very beginning. The office staff is wonderful and friendly and the scheduling person went above and beyond as I was having issues with our insurance. She spent almost an entire day trying to get through to our insurance pre certification department and kept in communication with me about it. Dr. Nalbone was just amazing with my son, very thorough and the surgery went as expected. My son had an issue with clotting so it took him almost three weeks after surgery, but last night he finally cleared out his right sinus and was able to breathe for the first time out of both nostrils. He had to leave the table because he couldn't stop crying as for the first time could taste what he was eating and was getting dizzy from getting too much oxygen!! He was so excited and happy to finally have the surgery and he just cannot get over the difference it has made! I cannot thank Dr. Nalbone enough and his staff who put up with this neurotic mother!!
