I used to give them 5 star...I took Lulu in for her shots on Friday and like normal she ran a fever...which is fine...The thing that made me a little "upset" this time the Vet didn't hold her, talk to her and get to know her...they didn't offer her any treats like they used to. They pushed me to purchase more add ons which Lulu doesn't need she is never outside we have indoor turf since she's a Maltese and we have a lot of Hawks that can pick her up. They didn't call until the following day to check on her. Normally the receptionist is very friendly and talks this day they did not. Maybe it was an off day and I will give them one last try when Lulu's sister goes in if I have the same experience I will be changing Vets. I did try calling them to express my feelings but when I am asked if this an emergency or can I put you hold was another turn off. Time will tell what will happen.
