Almost died today, but highly recommend. I'm sure more seasoned hikers will snort at that seeing as this is a tiny hike, but don't underestimate nature. This is a higher elevation and for some it does make them feel lightheaded on any of the trails here. I didn't get enough oxygen and started to feel like I may black out. Sit down, put your head down, drink a little water, maybe eat something salty or sweet if you start getting nauseous. Happened to me, it can happen to you. Anyways, this hike shares it's trailhead by Cathedral Rock and is right by the Lodge/restaurant for a convenient after stop. Currently the trailhead area is getting a beautification so area is closed off. To get on the trail we went towards the right by the house and went up that hill and you'll find a rock bridge over the fallen avalanched trees to the trail for little falls and for cathedral. I don't know how long it'll be under construction but keep that in mind in the upcoming months. Little Falls itself is a mile long straight up hike. It is incline the whole way and is a nice view up at top by the falls. It's more a drip, than waterfall, but nice up there anyways. Unfortunately, people have tagged on the rock walls ruining it a bit. There was a little bit of snow still left up by the falls, otherwise, there is none right now. It's a easy descent back down. This is something you could do quickly if you're seasoned and can even add to hiking before/after Cathedral.
