I've used this place for about 5 years and they treat people fairly. I watched a crazy, irrational customer accuse the shop of wrongdoings and the desk guy calmly explained that the reciept did not list the same parts NOR vehicle. As a female, it's hard to trust mechanics, but this place has earned my trust. They helped me get my dealer to honor a warranty. I had a bad water pump and it was eventually covered by the manufacturer. They explain when I ask questions. He even brought me to the car and showed me what he was doing. This was important because I have some car knowledge and I was having a trust issue so he showed me what he wanted to do. They quote time quite accurately. If it's going to take 3 hours for an oil change, he says that so I can choose to come back another day. I feel valued when I visit. This is my garage for oil changes and repairs.
They once told me, "It's not about today's deal, your car repairs this time. I want to treat you right so you come back again and again."
